A Great Week at Alimentaria 2026: Innovation, Flavor, and Connections
The Gravitea team is back from one of the most intense and rewarding weeks of the year! From March 23rd to 26th, we had the pleasure of hosting clients, partners, and bubble tea enthusiasts at Stand B36 (Hall 4) during the Alimentaria 2026 exhibition in Barcelona.
It has been an incredible 4-day journey where we showcased the future of the beverage and dessert industry. Here’s a quick recap of our experience:
Bringing Innovation to Life
Our stand was buzzing with energy. One of the main highlights was our DIY Experience, where visitors got hands-on with our specialized ingredients to create their own fruit teas and milk teas. Seeing the creativity of our guests in action was truly inspiring!
The Power of “Instant” Solutions
We hosted daily Product Demos focusing on our Instant Line. We demonstrated how our instant tapioca and poppings are game-changers for businesses looking for efficiency without compromising on the authentic “chewy” texture that defines a premium experience.
A Sweet Finale: The Dessert Tasting
Our Dessert Tasting sessions were a massive hit. We surprised the crowd with unique creations like our Matcha & Taro Tiramisu and the crowd-favorite Ice Cream with Poppings. It was the perfect way to show that our products go far beyond the cup—they are a versatile tool for any pastry or dessert menu.
The Best Part: Meeting You
Beyond the recipes and the demos, the best part of Alimentaria was the Sales Talks and the face-to-face meetings. We loved answering your questions about the advantages of the Instant Line and discussing how we can help your business grow.
